Shipping Policy

How It Works

We understand the hassles with shipping costs, so as theTasman we have decided to make all orders with FREE SHIPPING. This excludes rural deliveries which have a $5 cost. 

We also value your time so we will always do our best to get your order to you in the fastest and most cost-effective manner possible. All our deliveries are made by PBT and all parcels have tracking available.

We ship New Zealand wide daily.

 

Shipping Exclusions

We don’t ship to international armed forces, freight forwarders, international PO Boxes and the United States.

 

Delivery FAQs

When will I receive my order? (New Zealand)

All orders are processed Monday – Friday and we aim to have your goods dispatched within 2-3 business days. New Zealand orders travel with PBT couriers or Courier Post


Please note: If your order contains any clearance items this may delay the dispatch of your order by 2 – 3 days.

Once your order has been processed and collected by courier, indicative delivery times are as follows:

  • North Island orders: 2-4 working days.

  • South Island orders: 2-3 working days.

  • Rural delivery or remote locations can take just a little longer so please allow an additional 2 working days.

Our Return Policy

Everything You Need to Know

If you are not satisfied with the performance of theTasman, you may return them to us within 30 days for replacement, exchange to the equivalent value of your purchase or a refund.

You can return your socks within 30 days of purchase. If your socks are faulty we will send you a replacement pair free of charge.

Our support team will respond to returns enquiries within 1-3 business days and exchanges will be sent immediately following the receipt of the exchanged products. The cost of returning the item(s) by post is at the expense of the customer, unless faulty.

We take every measure to ensure you are satisfied with theTasman, but if you have any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us.
